Small
guilds such as ours do not often have the chance to see much end-game
content. To this end, we have formed alliances with some other guilds
who are in the same situation as we are; you love the guild you are in
because the people are your friends and family, you like the sense of
having a 'home' or you like the status you've achieved in your guild and
do not want to lose it - but you want all that great gear, and to see
instances and take down bosses that you never get to do in your own
guild. We know how you feel. Sure, there is the worry that people might
cross guild lines, and you would lose valuable players. Let us reassure
you that this is not what an alliance is about. True, there may be one
or two players who will find a better fit in a different guild, and we
certainly encourage our guild members to be happy, but it is not our
intent or our desire to absorb players from other guilds. We enjoy
